Aceca Geologica  is interested in co-operation with research and academic institutions (e.g. universities) and therefore offers software at significantly reduced prices or as loans/donations. The software received under any of these conditions may not be used for any commercial purposes. If the software is used for other than teaching and research purposes (e.g. consulting services) the full cost of the software will be due if no other agreement has been settled beforehand.

Academic / Research Purchase Discount
Teaching and research institutions may purchase Aceca Geologica's software at a substantial discount off the list price.

Grants
For research partnerships Aceca Geologica offers the donation of software to academic / research institutions. All published results of work done with the software should be provided to Aceca Geologica and Aceca Geologica should be acknowledged in publications in which any part of the software has been used. Additionally Aceca Geologica requests regular reports on the work done with the software including proposals for improvements.

Loan
Graduate students are eligible to obtain loans of Aceca Geologica software for their thesis research upon a written application. The duration of the loan depends on the time the project takes. In return Aceca Geologica requires a copy of the finished thesis as well as an acknowledgement in all publications derived from it.
